What I learned about fear with handstand practice...
One of the fears I work around a lot is the fear of not living up to my full potential. I have dreams and visions of creating an ideal life. I know what I want it to look like and I often manifest some pretty cool experiences.
One day as I was practicing handstand, something shifted in me.
If I have the ability to improve my handstand with consistent practice, what's to stop me from attaining any of my goals and intentions?
Preparation, clear focus, strength, perseverance, discipline, and the surrender of relaxing into it with just the right amount of effort.
Doing my best, not judging myself, and finding contentment with what it looks like today.
Knowing that I can start over and redo it at any time.
What's to fear?
