Slow Flow Yoga is suitable for all levels.
 
You will be instructed how to breathe properly and to link your breath to slow, flowing movements.
 
Emphasis is on building strength, balance and flexibility not only in your body, also in your mind and your daily life.
 
Your sense of peace and well-being will be enhanced.
 
Beginners will benefit from detailed visual and verbal cues and more options are given to advanced students who are ready to take their practice to new levels.
 
Props and modifications are used to enhance comfort and safety.
 
This class is meant to be fun and exploratory. Be willing to try something new without feeling pressured to perform anything perfectly.
